Clear policies for a professional experience.
Please review the terms that apply to appointments, billing, website use, personal information, and accessibility. Contact us before booking if you have questions.
01
Appointment policy
Appointments are subject to availability, identity requirements, document eligibility, facility rules, and the signer's willingness and awareness. Clients should provide accurate information about the location, number of signers, number of notarial acts, witnesses, printing, and timing so we can prepare an accurate quote.
Signer readiness
- Bring current, acceptable government-issued photo identification unless another lawful identification method was arranged in advance.
- Do not sign before the appointment when the selected notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence.
- Each signer must be present, willing, aware, and able to communicate directly with the notary.
- Documents, instructions, witnesses, translations, facility approval, and receiving-agency requirements are the client's responsibility unless included in writing.
Wait time and outside costs
The first 15 minutes of wait time are included. After that, wait time is $1 per minute. Parking, tolls, facility fees, postage, government fees, and other disclosed outside costs are added at actual cost or as quoted.
02
Billing & invoicing policy
Payment is due when service is completed unless invoicing was approved in writing before the appointment. Approved business-account terms appear on the invoice or service agreement. We may accept cards, approved electronic payments, or another method stated in the quote or invoice.
Itemized charges
Invoices and receipts may separately identify notarial acts, mobile travel, RON platform or technology costs, printing, courier, premium scheduling, wait time, government, shipping, facility, and other non-notarial services. The quote is based on the facts provided and may be updated when the scope changes, with disclosure before additional work proceeds when practical.
Returned payments
A $35 returned-payment charge applies, plus collection costs permitted by applicable law. Contact the business office promptly if a payment fails or you need a corrected invoice.
Payment security
Do not email card numbers, bank account credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, or security codes. Pay only through the secure method identified on an issued invoice, or confirm the request by calling us.
03
Deposits, cancellations & refunds
Mobile appointments require a minimum $25 deposit. The deposit is applied to the final balance. Deposits, rush charges, special-order costs, printing, shipping, government charges, and other costs already incurred may be nonrefundable to the extent stated in the quote and allowed by law.
Outside costs already incurred remain payable.
May be credited once toward a rescheduled appointment.
Rush and special-order charges may be nonrefundable.
Notarial fees are not charged when no notarization occurs.
If service must be refused because identification is unacceptable or a signer is unwilling, unaware, or otherwise cannot lawfully proceed, mobile, wait-time, and other earned or incurred service charges remain due. If we cancel and cannot provide a reasonable reschedule, unearned company-held deposits will be refunded; third-party costs already incurred may remain nonrefundable.
04
Service limitations
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal, tax, immigration, financial, or real-estate advice. We do not select legal documents, choose the notarial act, explain legal effect, draft legal language, or guarantee acceptance by a court, agency, lender, title company, employer, or other recipient.
Remote online notarization
RON service is limited to eligible documents and signers who can complete the approved platform's identity, technology, and session requirements. Platform availability and document-recipient rules may affect service.
Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting is a capture service only. We do not decide agency requirements, guarantee acceptance, provide criminal-history results, or transmit prints electronically unless specifically equipped and authorized. Clients must obtain the correct agency instructions and card requirements.
Registered agent and business support
Registered-agent service is limited to the written plan and is not a virtual mailbox, law office, or substitute for the client's own compliance responsibilities. Filing, apostille, I-9, courier, field, and administrative support does not include legal advice or a guarantee of government or third-party processing.
05
Privacy policy
We collect information that clients provide to request a quote, schedule or perform a service, communicate, receive an invoice, or complete payment. This may include names, contact details, appointment information, documents or document descriptions, identification information required for service, transaction records, and correspondence.
How information is used
- Provide, schedule, document, bill, and improve services.
- Communicate about appointments, support, invoices, renewals, and requested follow-up.
- Maintain records required for notarial, tax, accounting, security, contractual, or legal purposes.
- Prevent fraud, protect clients and the company, and respond to lawful requests.
Sharing and sales
We may share information with service providers that support scheduling, remote notarization, payments, hosting, communications, records, shipping, or professional services; with a document recipient or business partner as directed by the client; or when required to comply with law or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Records are retained for the period needed to provide services, meet legal or contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system or transmission is completely secure.
